Work Request Module

• The Work Request module provides a fast, easy, and effective way to report maintenance problems
• Work Requests are easy to initiate and can be entered by anyone in the facility
• Approved Work Requests automatically become Work Orders to be performed directly or planned, routed for cost approval, scheduled and then tracked through the SOMAX Work Order Module
• Approved or disapproved, Work Requests are always passed to Work Request History
• Work Request Approval Notification via Email (MAPI) is available
• Completed Work may also be recorded via the Work Request module
• Work Priority may be input directly or computed via a RIME Class (Ranking Index for Maintenance Expenditures) associated with Work Request/Order Priority and Equipment Importance
• The Work Request module provides an accurate record of the actual response time for every request
